Welcome to New Ancestors Coaching

This fee covers:

• 6 live facilitated coaching groups that will take place every other week for 12 weeks. 
• 2 one on one coaching sessions to be scheduled at your convenience during the 12 weeks. 
• Access to a trove of racial equity, leadership and team building resources.
• Customized Racial Equity Self Assessment.

This coaching group will support you to:

• Identify your personal racial equity compass; 
• Advance equity in your personal and professional spheres;
• Facilitate racial equity tensions, feedback and conflicts; and
• Reduce shame and urgency, create more ease, and self love in order to move collective liberation forward.
